Credit Unions. They like to these types of loans because they generally can suck the monthly payment out of your paycheck before you get paid.

Before you get a loan, you should see if a debt management program would be best for you. Check out the company that i used. they have really helped. it was funny bc i went with this company after doing research and my cousin–2 months later–went with a consolidation loan. I am all done paying and she is not–she ran up her credit cards again–bc they were not closed and she is still paying on the loan. she is worse then before.
here is the website:

There are many sources for debt consolidation loans. What you should really be asking is “Where can I get a low interest debt consolidation loan?” There are literally tens of thousands of money lenders in America who will be willing to loan you the money you need to consolidate your debt at rediculous rates. I have clients who come to me with interest rates as high 35% for traditional loans and 500% on payday loans. It is absolutely absurd to charge people that much to borrow money. I don’t care what the risk the person represents, nobody has the right to rape another person just because they are down on their luck temporarily.
However, there is good news. I know of lenders who will give unsecured loans at low interest rates. There are still a few HONEST business people out there who aren’t interested solely in taking money from you to put it in their coffers. Not many, but some. It takes a lot of time to find them because the less scrupulous are dominating the finance industry.
