Where can I find a short term personal loan?

Not trying to be rude…just honest…..
No bank is going to give you a mortgage if you need a measly $3500.00 personal loan for the down payment.
Yes…the bank will want to know where you got the down payment from.

You can not borrow your down payment for any home loan. The tax credit you use to off set your income when you do your taxes. And not trying to be rude, but if you have to borrow your down payment then you can not afford a home. Also you will need closing costs besides the down payment.
