I am looking to buy a house. I need about 3500 dollars for a down payment. The new tax credit would be available 4-6 weeks after closing. Is there anyway I can get a personal loan for the down payment and then use the money from the tax credit to repay the loan. Hopes this makes some sense. Any help from those who are not rude (as i have found on this site) is greatly appreciated.
